Q. What are Weekly Missions?
A. Weekly Missions are structured tasks, questions, and mini-tests designed to keep you engaged and motivated throughout your Korean study journey.
Q. Can I join multiple challenges at once (Step by Step + Intensive)?
A. We recommend focusing on one challenge at a time to fully commit to the learning process and avoid burnout.
Q. I’m not sure about my Korean level. Can I still join?
A. Yes! If you’re unsure, simply fill out the application form. We will check your current level and guide you to the most suitable program.

Q. Can I receive tuition support documents (course confirmation, tax invoice, cash receipt)?
A. Yes. All documents can be issued upon request.

Q. How does the weekly Zoom class work?
A. You will join a 1-hour group Zoom session each week with your teacher and classmates.
Q. What happens after I complete a JAEM Korean Challenge?
A. You can continue registering each month or progress to the next challenge.
Q. What is the service period?
A. The service period follows the official start and end dates announced for each challenge.
Q. How long do I have access to video lessons?
A. You have access for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Q. Can I pause or defer my program?
A. Pausing is based on the number of tickets you have:
- 티켓 1장: 일시 중지 불가
- 티켓 2장: 1개월 일시 정지 가능 Pause available once (1 month)
- 3 Tickets: Pause available twice (1 month each)
Q. Will I receive feedback from the coach?
A. Yes. All participants receive structured feedback via Discord during the challenge.
Q. What is included in each challenge?
A. Every challenge includes group lessons, 1:1 sessions, and weekly missions with personal coach feedback.
Q. Can I switch from Step by Step to Intensive?
A. Yes. After a pre-consultation, your level is determined. If adjustment is needed after starting, the coach or student may request a switch.
Q. What is a “1 Challenge Ticket”?
A. One ticket grants 6 weeks (2 months) of participation.
Each month includes 3 weeks of challenge activities.
Q. How many weeks of classes are included per month?
A. Please check the official schedule posted on Discord and the product page.
Q. Do I need to buy textbooks separately?
A. No. All textbooks and learning materials are included.
Q. Are Zoom sessions recorded? Can I watch the replay?
A. Yes. Group classes are recorded and replays are provided.
Q. Is there a certificate of completion?
A. Yes. Email info@chapterseoul.com to request your certificate.
Q. Will this prepare me for the TOPIK exam?
A. Yes. Our curriculum helps you reach your TOPIK goals.
For best results, we recommend joining the TOPIK Master Class at least three months before your test.
Q. Is Business Korean included?
A. Yes. Our materials—especially the Intensive Challenge—include content related to Business Korean and practical workplace communication.

Refunds follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and JAEM Terms of Use.
Refund calculation is based on:- Lessons viewed
- Downloads made (PDFs, materials, etc.)
- Refunds follow the original (non-discounted) price
- Refunds are not available if:
- 콘텐츠의 25% 이상을 완료한 경우, 혹은
- More than 25% of the video course has been completed.
Q. What is the refund policy for Challenges?
A. Once the challenge has begun, refunds are not available because participants receive access to curriculum, materials, the community, and coaching resources.
Q. Are there any additional notices?
- Course materials and recordings are for personal use only.
- Sharing or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited.
- Zoom and community rules must be followed as posted in each challenge.
- Misuse, illegal sharing, or violation of terms may result in service termination without refund.
