A. You will have access for 1 year from your purchase date.

Q6. What is the refund policy?
Video Courses:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund is available. Please note that deductions may apply for lessons already viewed or any downloaded course materials.
- After 7 days: Refunds follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and JAEM Korean Terms of Use. Refund calculations are made based on:
- Number of lessons accessed
- Downloaded content (PDFs, workbooks, etc.)
- The original (non-discounted) price of the course
- No refunds are available if more than 3 months have passed since purchase or if 25% or more of the course has been completed.
